Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and effective store manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's performance, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and promoting a safe and clean store environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Manage store sales achievement and growth
  • Visual Merchandising: Set up merchandise displays and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Daily Operations: Ensure proper management of daily store operations
  • Tidiness and Cleanliness: Maintain store tidiness and cleanliness
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a smile
  • Employee Management: Maintain employee stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
  • Recruitment: Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees as needed
  • Performance Management: Monitor and appraise job responsibilities
  • Team Guidance: Provide constructive guidance to team members on effective operations
  • Store Safety: Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Banking: Perform daily bank-ins of store sales
  • Inventory Management: Stock and order own use items and small notes as needed
  • Reporting: Complete, update, and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and cases to HQ and superiors
  • Document Submission: Send documents related to HQ and superiors
  • Compliance: Work within established guidelines and SOPs
  • Ongoing Responsibilities: Assume any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager
