Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Asia Peopleworks, you will be responsible for:

  1. Efficient Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Call Log Management: Accurately log all customer interactions in the Call Log System.
  3. Inter-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other Business Units and branches to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators.
