Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of our company's accounting operations. This includes general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will also lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.

You will develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets. Additionally, you will oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all tax returns.

You will coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. Your leadership skills will enable you to provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

You will work closely with other departments to support business operations, strategic planning, and decision-making. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities will drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and improve overall financial performance.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
