The Rent Collection Specialist is a vital role in our organization. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage rent payments, communicate with tenants, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Collect Rental Payments: The Rent Collection Specialist will be responsible for tracking and collecting rent payments from tenants in a timely manner.
  • Follow Up on Late Payments: In cases where rent payments are late, the specialist will follow up with tenants via phone, email, or written notice to ensure prompt payment.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: The specialist will maintain detailed records of all communications, payment arrangements, and rent collection activities.
  • Process and Post Payments: The specialist will accurately process and post rent payments in our accounting system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in property management, rent collection, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Rent Manager software.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
