Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong experience in using Mozaik software to design, draft, and produce high-quality cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and other custom joinery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client concepts into precise shop drawings and production-ready files.

You will work closely with our teams to ensure every project is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed cabinetry drawings and 3D renderings using Mozaik software.
  • Interpret architectural plans, client briefs, and design specifications.
  • Make recommendations on design improvements and functionality.
  • Provide accurate shop drawings and assembly instructions to the production team.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust designs to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Collaborate with cabinet makers and installers to resolve design or fitting issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker/Draftsperson, ideally in a custom joinery environment.
  • Proficiency in Mozaik software (design, drafting, and production modules) is a must.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
