**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Test Automation Lead to drive the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.

This role will require you to lead a team in defining testing strategies, prioritize and execute manual and automated testing, oversee the design and maintenance of scalable automated test scripts, and monitor test coverage and execution results.

">

In addition, you will review test results, prepare leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements, maintain and enhance the automation framework, and mentor QA engineers.

About the Role:

">

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with at least 1 year of experience leading a team. They will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts using various tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.

The selected candidate will also have experience in testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms, as well as source control management like Git and Bitbucket.
