We are a consultancy firm urgently hiring for a Senior Workforce Operations Manager for a client located in Cebu, Philippines.
This is an onsite work position that requires a shifting schedule.
Based on experience and hiring results, the successful candidate can earn up to 120K per month.
Minimum Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years of workforce management experience in a BPO Company is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Prior experience as Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Workforce Management, Business and Reporting Analytics, or equivalent is preferred.
- The ability to plan, implement, utilize, and support workforce management systems with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required.
- Strong operational knowledge of office equipment and computer software, including programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize and analyze data in a structured manner is essential.
- Experience with WFM software (Verint/Blue Pumpkin, IEX, eWFM, etc.) that includes real-time adherence is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders from different workstreams are required.
- Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are crucial for this role.
- Financial and business acumen to measure key service deliverables is a valuable asset.
