We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced electrical engineer to work on our project site in Bacolod.

Job Summary

This is a mid-senior level position requiring full-time commitment. We require an individual with strong technical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain adherence to design specifications by closely monitoring construction activities.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to confirm compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Implement total quality control measures and enforce overall health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, consultants, and stakeholders to address on-site conditions, design issues, and revisions.
  • Attend technical coordination meetings with contractors, utility providers, and other project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in construction or project site environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Project Management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills.
