Brief Overview of Job Description:

  • To develop and implement project management.
  • To work closely with external and internal stakeholders regarding technical and infrastructure concerns.
  • Perform the assigned task as Preventive Maintenance Supervisor and Project in Charge for Murcia Plant asset locations and ensure accurate and timely implementation of all its processes both for in-house and outsourced works. This includes the required scheduled Plant Facility Internal Audit relative to all Power Supply and Distribution, Fire Control Systems and submission of its inspection report results.
  • Perform the assigned task from the implementation and monitoring of all designated projects concept design & costing, documentations and its specified timetable and ensure quality of work standards.
  • Responsible for the implementation of proper Construction Management Program in handling every assigned outsourced project.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Facility Preventive Maintenance, Checking, Testing, operation of all Air Conditioning, Fire Alarm System and Fire Protection equipment including recommendations, analyses and necessary initiatives and SAP guided schedules.

Important Note: Physical work location is at National Highway, Brgy. Blumentritt, Murcia, Negros Occidental
