Exceptional Project Leaders are essential to bridging business needs and technical solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to facilitate meetings with stakeholders, understand business processes, pain points, and project goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of project management expertise, business analysis experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This is an opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate meetings to understand business requirements and create clear visual representations.
  • Elicit and document detailed business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner with leadership to support decision-making and ensure alignment on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Consistently record and distribute meeting minutes, decisions, and actionable items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing delivery role.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Skilled in using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, and collaboration platforms.
