Job Opportunity:

Marketing & Vendor Relations Coordinator Role

This role offers an exciting chance to shape the firm's online presence by overseeing content creation, vendor coordination, marketing strategy execution, website management, social media management, blog writing, cross-team collaboration, compliance, and reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates, including designing graphics, writing captions, and scheduling posts according to the marketing calendar.
  • Work with vendors handling paid ads on Meta/social platforms, website updates, and reel editing, reviewing, approving, and providing feedback on their deliverables.
  • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the CEO/Owner, staying current with the U.S. immigration climate to produce timely, relevant content and adjusting strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate with the website vendor to ensure accuracy, functionality, and SEO optimization, monitoring analytics and recommending updates to improve lead conversion.
  • Plan and execute the content calendar, posting both in-house and vendor-produced content across multiple platforms, responding to comments/messages, and tracking engagement.
  • Write and publish blogs addressing current U.S. immigration topics, deadlines, and FAQs, ensuring blog content is optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate with the PNC Team Lead to align campaigns with lead generation efforts, sharing marketing performance data to help improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure all content complies with U.S. immigration advertising guidelines, reviewing every post for accuracy and legal appropriateness, and providing monthly performance reports to the CEO/Owner with insights and recommendations.
