Quantitative Research Manager
About the Role:This position involves managing quantitative market research projects through their entire lifecycle, including all aspects of client management, vendor relationships and data collection.
- We specialize in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in The Nordics and Benelux regions, as well as Austria and Switzerland.
- Manage project kick-off meetings for assigned studies to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications, timelines and responsibilities.
- Coordinate and lead survey link setup, test surveys, prepare sample, conduct quality checks and manage respondent inquiries.
- Monitor productivity and quality of data collection to produce regular updates on project status.
- Partner with sales teams and operations staff to address issues and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues proactively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rates and honoraria amounts.
