Job Description

The Hub Lead is a critical role in the operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the hub, ensuring that procedures and regulations are being followed, and driving continuous improvement in key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hub, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and drive business growth.
  • Lead team briefings and regular meetings with staff to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in supply chain and logistics, with a proven track record of leadership in a division or team.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and ability to lead high-performing teams.
