We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our team at ADEC Innovations. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring product delivery from suppliers, managing purchase orders, and escalating any issues that may arise.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with accounts to ensure timely delivery of products, manage supplier-side purchase orders, and handle correspondence related to shipments, delivery, and material quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with accounts to understand customer requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage supplier-side purchase orders, including confirmation of receipt, release, expediting, and coordination of deliveries
  • Handle correspondence related to shipments, delivery, and material quality and quantity
  • Meet agreed quality assurance requirements to safeguard quality and standard of work
  • Facilitate smooth PO delivery through effective communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in expediting or client/supplier coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
