Project Director

This position oversees the execution of standard deployment projects, focusing on developing expertise in our deployment processes and fostering strong relationships with clients. As the foundation of our PMO team, you will handle routine deployments while growing into more complex responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing open, clear, and proactive communication.
  • Monitor milestones, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
Logistics & Coordination:
  • Oversee logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling, minimizing delays and optimizing efficiency.
  • Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently and escalate complex issues promptly, ensuring seamless project progress.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to process improvement and enhance future project success.
Vendor & Process Oversight:
  • Collaborate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet client expectations, promoting successful project execution.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly, maintaining high standards for project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in operational or deployment environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset, combined with solid stakeholder management experience, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Beneficial exposure to retail technology or hardware deployments, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools, enhancing your ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
