Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Developer to drive our engineering efforts forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing high-quality software solutions in Web technologies or Flutter.

The successful candidate will have an exceptional academic record, outstanding technical skills, and a passion for innovation and cutting-edge web technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Web technologies or Flutter.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality codebase.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the team's work.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team.
  • Deploy and operate services developed by the team.
  • Drive technical decision-making and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements:

  • An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in designing and writing high-quality Web technologies.
  • Experience with and passion for Typescript, React, or Flutter.
  • A keen eye for accessibility and performance.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
