Customer Support Associate I position involves interacting with customers through various channels to provide service support and resolve routine issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements; use decision-support tools to provide resolution
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy to build rapport
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly manner using agreed procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of client products and services
  • Prepare accurate work including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or senior staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma with three to six months relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work as a team member, independently
  • Patient in all customer contact situations
  • Able to rotate shifts, as needed
