Job Description

An Operations Supervisor is required to oversee the daily operations of a content creator team.

  • This individual will coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • The supervisor will oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • They will act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • The supervisor will track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • They will maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • The Operations Supervisor will collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • They will foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • The supervisor will monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
