Job Title: Admin Assistants

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistants to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily tasks, including handling attendance, managing testers, organizing meetings, and coordinating correspondence.
  • Ensure organizational effectiveness by maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to be flexible with location.
