Job Summary

Modernbrands Inc., a leading provider of luxury furniture and interior solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation Management: Generate accurate and timely quotations for sales, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that the quotations meet the company's standards.
  • Compliance and Administration: Process all government and legal matters, including BIR registration, SEC registration, car insurance, and business permit renewals, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Asset Management: Manage the company's assets, including tagging, monitoring movement, and updating inventory, to ensure that all assets are properly accounted for and maintained.
  • Utility Management: Ensure that all company utilities, including water, electricity, mobile plans, and internet, are functioning properly and that monthly bills are received and paid on time.
  • Supply Chain Management: Process requisitions for supplies, equipment, and marketing materials from all departments, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained and that the supplies are delivered on time.
  • Negotiation and Procurement: Negotiate with suppliers, lessors, and service providers to secure the best prices and solutions for the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of work experience as an Admin Assistant, Admin Staff, or Accounting Assistant, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, quick learner, and able to work independently.
  • Work Conditions: Full-time and on-site only, Monday to Friday, 8-5pm, Saturdays, 8-3pm.
