Key Roles and Responsibilities

Application Engineer

Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications using various platforms and technologies.

  • Configure and manage ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
  • Implement software license management and software asset management lifecycle processes.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of services and tools.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating and managing PowerBI dashboards, data lakes, pipelines, API, and authentications. Fundamental scripting skills in SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, and knowledge of Azure services, Entra ID, access packages, roles, and permissions are essential.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in software development and application engineering.
  3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro and SaaS integration profiles.
  4. Experience with Low-code or ServiceNow Flow.
  5. ITIL process awareness, such as request, incident, and change management.
