We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at AS White Global. As a Paraplanning Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our Financial Advisors in generating advice documents and implementing advice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing compliant advice documents (SoA, RoA) using Xplan
  • Entering client information into Xplan
  • Liaising with fund managers, insurance/superannuation/platform providers
  • Conducting research for investment/insurance recommendations
  • Completing advice implementation as required
  • Lodging implementation paperwork as required
  • Maintaining compliant files

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a paraplanning role within financial planning
  • Experience writing compliant SoAs and RoAs
  • Experience in financial planning processes, fund manager interactions, and administrative tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of financial planning strategies
  • Proficiency with financial planning software (Xplan) and well-versed in use comparison and modelling tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong time management and teamwork abilities
