Job Overview

This position oversees the execution of digital marketing strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid social, SEO, content creation, and web analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Social: Develop campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta platforms to achieve ROAS/CAC goals.
  • SEO: Create an SEO roadmap focusing on technical, on-page, and content aspects, including keyword research and internal linking.
  • Content Creation: Produce accessible content that ranks, educates, and converts customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Set up GA4/Tag Manager, maintain dashboards, perform attribution analysis, and translate data into actionable experiments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
  • Brand & Accessibility: Champion plain language, inclusive design, and accessibility standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Compliance: Ensure marketing adheres to relevant policies and platform guidelines.
Near-Term Success (First 90 Days):
  • Deliver a channel plan and 12-month growth roadmap with clear KPIs.
  • Establish always-on paid social with creative testing cadence.
  • Conduct a technical + content SEO audit with prioritized fixes.
  • Implement GA4 + GTM hygiene and a single source of truth dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and online/performance marketing.
  • Hands-on skills in Paid Social, SEO, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
