Job Description

  • A Data Analyst will play a key role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks. This involves maintaining and improving existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include developing new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices is also essential. In addition, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
