AI/LLM Evaluator

Job Description:

As a member of our global team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities in the field of generative AI. You will be working on creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.

You will also be annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.

Additionally, you will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English or similar
  • Excellent writing skills (in English)
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong attentive to detail
  • Well-honed internet research skills
