Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support, including preparing management accounts, assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting internal and external audits.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Audit Support: Provide assistance during internal and external audits, ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting.
  • Cash Flow and Treasury: Monitor and forecast cash flow on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable, issue customer invoices and manage accounts receivable and credit control.
  • Payroll and Expenses: Support end-to-end payroll processing, including reconciliations and adjustments, manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems, ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
