Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Meet production and profitability targets consistently and assist in ensuring team expenses are within budget to contribute to overall financial performance.
- Experience Management: Provide excellent customer service and communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Process Management: Deliver processes and activities consistently according to quality standards and turn-around time:
- Contribute to policy and guideline discussions, offering insights and recommendations based on expertise and experience.
- Adhere to underwriting guidelines and protocols, providing recommendations and insights to enhance account profitability.
- Negotiate payment terms and collect payments as agreed upon.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, guidelines, protocols, regulatory, and reportorial requirements.
- Analyze raised concerns within area of expertise, resolve independently when possible, and escalate complex issues to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Data Management: Comply with data and document management standards and procedures, handling documents and data accurately and completely to ensure record and database accuracy.
- Produce accurate and timely reports according to specifications while observing SLA and data management standards and guidelines.
A Bit About You:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree courses.
- With at least 3-5 years of experience gained from sales in medical insurance or HMO.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be assigned to our head office in Makati for field work.
