About the Role

Malayan Insurance Co., Inc. (MICO) is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to drive sales and marketing activities in their region.


Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales and marketing activities in their region, including conducting product presentations and engaging with clients.
  • Liaising with agents and clients, conducting product presentations, and performing marketing functions.
  • Assisting the Regional Head in reviewing Underwriting and Claims referrals.
  • Handling system approvals for claims and policy tagging under regional authority.
  • Serving as a back-up in-house adjuster for branches to manage claim volume and ensure timely processing.
  • Preparing various monthly reports and analyzing figures for strategic decision-making.
  • Reviewing the production metrics of each branch in the region and providing insights.
  • Maintaining office files and records of the Region, ensuring proper organization and follow-up.
  • Providing administrative support, including coordination with the Branches.
