The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing high-quality training content that meets the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective training experiences that promote learning and development.
  • Managing internal and external staff and resources to deliver training projects.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and emerging trends in the field.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience designing Web-based training in a corporate environment.
  • Solid Instructional Design knowledge and development of digital content using Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise360, Lectora, SnagIT, Camtasia, VideoScribe, Powtoon, VYOND (video editing software).
  • Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills, driving results individually and in a team setting.
