• 2- 3 to years of experience in designing eLearning modules. • Fast learner and comfortable with reading technical materials that make up the training content. • Nice to have but not required: some familiarity with agile working practices and the ADDIE Instructional Design principle. • Intermediate skills in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360. • Basic skills in Learning Management System administration (preferably Oracle LMS or similar systems). • Basic familiarity with graphics and visual design for eLearning • Basic familiarity with eLearning module design (storyboarding and module development) • Advantage: Familiarity or basic knowledge of Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe CC.
