About the Position:- Lead a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance and oversight to ensure excellent customer service and technical expertise.

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- A minimum of five years of experience in technical support leadership roles, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technical support specialists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
