About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Monitor Compliance: Ensure that records management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement records management strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in information management, library science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically, 1-2 years in records management or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in records management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
