**Job Description**

We are seeking a senior individual contributor to serve as the team's critical thinker and builder. This role blends hands-on analytics with process excellence, ensuring KPIs are accurately defined, reliably delivered, and translated into clear actions and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL skills, capable of modeling data, validating metrics, and working with large/complex datasets.

They will partner with Business Analysts, Management Analysts/Reporting Developers, Operations/WFM, and Directors/VPs to diagnose cross-department processes, design future-state workflows, and execute change by running Kaizen/DMAIC workshops.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience defining KPI catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, and managing release/UAT gates
  • Capable of communicating with absolute clarity and collaborating to build live-linked KPI dashboards
