Job Title: Advanced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to streamline infrastructure that powers our global tourism platform.

  • Design and implement infrastructure tools and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, or Nix to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance of platforms.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to support multiple development teams.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, providing analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Practice sustainable incident response and promote blameless postmortems.
  • Develop and uphold service-level objectives (SLOs), service-level indicators (SLIs), and error budgets for our services.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, responding to and mitigating service interruptions and technical challenges.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, Terraform.
  • Production-grade Docker and Kubernetes experience.
  • Experience scaling MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic).
  • Solid troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams, operations, and other stakeholders.
