This is a remote position as a freelance trainer that plays a crucial role in assisting clients to maximize the benefits of our job search tools and platform.

Description

We are a leading AI-powered career coaching platform that helps job seekers increase their success rate in the competitive job market. Our all-in-one coaching and application tools, combined with specialist support, enable candidates to secure high-paying job offers.

The successful trainer will conduct personalized walkthrough sessions with clients via remote access tools, guiding them through platform features and job-seeking activities, providing clear step-by-step instructions during live sessions.

Key responsibilities include researching client backgrounds and needs before sessions, preparing customized training approaches for different client scenarios, documenting common questions and creating solution templates, and staying updated on platform features and best practices.

The ideal candidate should have proven training or teaching experience, excellent English communication skills, experience with recruitment platforms and job search tools, and a track record of delivering clear technical instructions.

The trainer will work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST, and occasional weekend availability for urgent matters. The position requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, as well as a computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up, and necessary software and equipment for video conferencing and online training.
