Job Opportunity for a Skilled Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Mechanical Engineer to work on various engineering design projects, collaborating with designers, architects, and project managers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical systems within the context of NYC building codes and utilize advanced software tools to deliver accurate and code-compliant engineering plans.


  • Prepare detailed mechanical engineering drawings in accordance with NYC building codes
  • Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects
  • Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure design compatibility and regulatory compliance
  • Revise and update technical drawings based on project specifications and markups
  • Conduct technical reviews and contribute to the development of project documentation

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting
  • Strong knowledge of New York City building codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
