Our goal is to deliver exceptional email and digital campaigns that drive measurable results. We are seeking a highly skilled Email & Digital Campaign Manager to oversee our email communications strategy, focusing on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization.

We require an individual with 3+ years in email marketing/deliverability/campaign strategy, strong knowledge of email systems/IP/domain management, experience with ESPs like MailWiz/SendGrid, and proficiency with Google Analytics/UTM tracking/reporting tools.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in persuasive/compliant copywriting, have excellent English communication skills, and preferably regulated industry experience.

Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
  • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
  • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
Content & Campaign Creation
  • Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency, demands).
  • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
  • Run A/B testing across content and design.
  • Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns (10%).
Campaign Management & Analytics
  • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
  • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
  • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
  • Provide insights to optimize performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.
  • Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
