Medical Biller Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented medical biller to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional accuracy in data entry, and experience in managing medical claims and insurance processes.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting claim information into the system and maintaining organized spreadsheets.
  • Additionally, they will track payments and denials, ensuring claims are processed efficiently, and promptly resubmit denied or incorrect claims and resolve related issues.
  • The selected individual will also prepare and deliver monthly claim billing reports and summaries, as well as contact insurance agencies to address inquiries and resolve claim denials.
  • Utilizing tools such as ClickUp, Google Suite, and Trizetto Simple Claim, the medical biller will manage workflows effectively and maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical billing and claims management.
  • They must be proficient in using ClickUp, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Trizetto Simple Claim.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for handling insurance inquiries and resolving issues.
  • The selected individual will also need to analyze claim denials and determine the best course of action.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also crucial characteristics for this position.
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
