Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage warehouse operations across Luzon and Vis-Min, including Value Added Services (VAS), warehouse qualification for bid proposals, and new project start-up management.
  2. Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, flexibility in manning, and responsiveness to customer needs.
  3. Monitor and review performance metrics, including Inventory Accuracy, Profit & Loss, and Service Levels.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements across all warehouse facilities.
  5. Manage and implement Value Added Services (VAS) in alignment with client requirements, leading warehouse qualification efforts for bid proposals and ensuring readiness for new business opportunities.
  6. Execute new project start-ups within the shortest possible time frame.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and support business expansion initiatives.
  8. Promote a culture of service excellence, quality, flexibility, and cost consciousness.
Requirements
  • Educational attainment: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years managerial experience in warehousing operation within a 3PL service provider setting, with total experience in supply chain and logistics exceeding 10 years.
