We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Optimization and Growth Specialist to join our team.

The role of Inventory Forecaster and Manager is critical in ensuring our stock levels are consistently optimized, aligned with sales activity, and prepared for growth across multiple platforms.

This involves monitoring inventory, anticipating shifts in demand, managing reorders, and tracking product expiration dates to maximize sales and minimize waste.

Responsibilities include:

  • Product sourcing and procurement
  • Inventory analytics and forecasting
  • Spreadsheet and reporting mastery
  • Expiration management and supply chain optimization
  • Sales channel impact analysis and proactive reordering
  • Inventory reporting and Helium10 platform management
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, ads, and operations teams

Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience in inventory management and product sourcing, proficiency in inventory forecasting tools, and a solid understanding of sales trends and seasonality.

You will work closely with the marketing, ads, and operations teams to align inventory planning with business strategies.
