Job Overview

We are seeking a creative professional to join our team as a Junior Content Creator

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality content that engages and inspires audiences.

This role is responsible for supporting the growth of brands through social media and content creation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning graphics, videos, and other visual content formats aligned with our brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on social media, specifically for the food industry, and apply them to content execution
  • Work closely with the Creative & Digital Content Marketing Manager to execute visual touchpoints and digital campaigns
  • Manage external content creators and ensure the quality of their work
Requirements
  • Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator + video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc)
  • Working knowledge of social media platform algorithms and best practices, especially for Instagram and TikTok
  • Proficiency or demonstrated experience with design fundamentals (typography, layout, branding, development of visual systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks, and can work independently in a cross-functional team environment - organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills
  • Can present a digital work portfolio that showcases excellence in visual design
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or similar fields
