  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Motion Designer to contribute to our ambitious growth.
  • This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and more within the iGaming, SaaS, and US sweepstakes casino sectors.
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Asset Animation: Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic visual experiences.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished video content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Optimization for Platforms: Optimize motion graphics and video content for social media, websites, and ad networks with platform-specific requirements.
  • Industry Compliance: Ensure all animated advertising content complies with advertising guidelines and regulations, especially in iGaming and US sweepstakes.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and software.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine design outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Strong portfolio with motion graphics, animation, and video editing experience.
  • Industry Expertise: At least 1 year hands-on motion design experience in iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino.
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience: Experience creating motion graphics for SaaS products (explainers, UI animations).
  • Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D designing skills required.
  • Animation Principles: Solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: High-quality visual content with creative flair.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design rationale.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Advanced English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
