Visual Storyteller Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Video & Motion Editor to create engaging, culturally relevant visual content for our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing the essence of live sports and turning it into captivating, platform-perfect content. This role combines speed, creativity, and cultural fluency to engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Edit high-energy sports moments for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts within minutes of the play.
  • Design motion graphics, product animations, overlays, and visual effects in After Effects that resonate with Gen-Z sports culture.
  • Translate real-time sports trends and memes into thumb-stopping content.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, a deep understanding of Gen-Z meme culture, TikTok pacing, and viral hooks, as well as the ability to identify high-impact moments across various sports without watching full games.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional editing experience preferred.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing your ability to create content people re-watch and share.
  • Deep understanding of the relative popularity of different sports in the U.S. market.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm PH Time. The ideal candidate will be available to work around key sports windows and willing to adjust hours for major events.
