Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues that cannot be addressed by frontline support, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation, a demonstrated track record in well-established organizations, and experience as a Software Engineer (5+ years). They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with JavaScript tech stack, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar, and Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce and resolve an array of enquiries
  • Support internal business stakeholders on questions about Sleek platform functionality
  • Provide technical support through various channels via Zendesk, JIRA, and phone
  • Identification of fixes and development of code
  • Configure servers and networks in the Cloud
  • Update database records to keep client records up-to-date
  • Update knowledge base to improve self-servicing

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Software Engineer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS)
