Job Title: Electronics Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting design engineers with design verification test (DVT), including thermal and reliability testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, disassemble, and modify power supply prototypes.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits down to the component level.
  • Solder and rework fine pitch components, such as 0201, 0402, QFNs, and BGAs.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry with hands-on experience with testing PCBAs.
  • Related power converter or general power supply/high voltage experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with constructing and building electronics testing fixtures/equipment.
  • Ability to execute a test independently, from setup to result reporting.
  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, voltage and current sensors, and electronic loads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in validation with strong debug skills, problem tracking.
  • Experience with test data collection and analysis, strong sense of quality.
  • Able to read and understand electronic schematics.
  • Experience with test plan & test procedure development is a plus.
