About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for leading and managing sales efforts within a specific area or region. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute effective sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and support the sales team to ensure success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support, guidance, and training to the sales team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and monitor sales performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring daily activities align with targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in the Banking industry, preferably in Retail Banking, with proven leadership as a Branch Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, adaptable to different markets and customer segments.
