Financial Transaction Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and handle communication with clients via email. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role, with proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

The Financial Transaction Manager will be responsible for maintaining and updating general ledger accounts and entries, preparing monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts will also be required, as well as management of accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
