Chief Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of various projects across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and excellent leadership skills to manage resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead the full project lifecycle: from concept development, feasibility analysis, planning, execution, and completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, cost estimation, and risk management.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor and control project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional License (PRC) for engineers is a strong advantage; Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Requirements- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Project Libre).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
