Marketing Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing tools and exceptional organizational skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote products or services.
  • Design and implement workflows and automations in CRM software, such as Go High-Level, to streamline marketing processes.
  • Maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and accounting.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level, to design and implement workflows and automations.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
