Job Description

As a Regulation Manager for the Customs Tariffs department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to international Customs Tariffs and duty rates that impact PST clients' ability to conduct business globally. Your primary objective will be to ensure the PST database of Customs Tariffs remains up-to-date and compliant with regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and stay informed about current international Customs Tariffs and duty rates.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to maintain accurate data formats, data processing requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the development team to oversee technical workflows and adapt them according to changing requirements.
  • Manage personnel effectively, assign tasks, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Communicate complex information clearly to various stakeholders, including technical administrators, developers, data entry specialists, coaches, management, regulatory authorities, and customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer complaints, faulty workflows, missing data, etc., and implement solutions accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, or any related field.
  • Expertise in reasoning and logic, as well as data organization.
  • Experience in the field of customs tariffs.
  • Extensive experience communicating technical processes and legal documents to individuals from diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Customs tariffs exposure in the US and/or Switzerland is highly preferred.
